WHAT CAN WE DO FOR SCHOOLS?
KIA is an established, ‘not for profit’ organisation, a total wrap around solution for schools. It has been developed by a successful team, led by an experienced Leicestershire Educator, with over 20 years experience in teaching, senior leadership and over 15 years experience of setting up and running before, after school and holiday clubs.
We currently run 12 successful clubs in Leicestershire, Nottingham, Lincolnshire and Rutland.
We are now looking to develop new clubs for schools as more demands are put on schools to provide longer hours to help working parents, using our tried and tested model.
Our experienced and dedicated teams will be on hand to mentor new staff and support them through the process of setting up and running a club.
We know how busy a school is and that is why we take all the hassle away from the teachers and office. We take responsibility for every aspect of the provision and the school is able to enjoy the benefits, which includes attracting working parents who may choose a school that offers wrap around care. We compliment what goes on in school and create a family atmosphere where every child can blossom.
Ideally we like to employ childcare workers, who currently work in the school. We have helped several staff members gain qualifications and certainly do value the continuity this provides for the children.
Alternatively, we could act as consultants and support you developing your own club.
